I was born in Pensacola, Florida, but grew up in a small town in Ky.  I moved back to Pensacola and began my career in Massage therapy in 2008.  I have been fortunate to have worked the majority of my career at a Chiropractic office in Gulf Breeze, Fl for 11 years.  It was there that I received the most exposure to common injuries caused by stress, repetitive movements at work, physical activity and even more serious injuries caused by auto accidents. I enjoy meeting new people, creating lasting relationships, and helping to relieve pain and discomfort through Massage Therapy. 

Maybe you woke up with a stiff neck, family is stressing you out, you over did it at the gym, or you've been dealing with a nagging problem for years, I'll do my very best to give you the results you're looking for.  Sometimes getting relief from pain is as easy as one visit, but many times it may take several appointments.  Depending on your individual situation,  you may do better with a regular maintenance approach to keep the pain and discomfort at a comfortable level or I may give you suggestions on who else to see if I think the problem is more than what massage can provide.  

 I regularly work on individuals with pain from Sciatica (low back, hip/glute or leg pain)  Plantar fasciitis (calf, heel/foot pain) Rotator Cuff injuries (shoulder pain) 

Tendonitis (commonly forearm/elbow pain) and of course general neck, shoulder and back tension/ pain.

However, it's always good to schedule a nice relaxing massage "just because!"
